Things to be changed……

The ten to twelve years of schooling are very precious for us.we are in a learning phase in this time span.when I look back i remember the same 8 hours of schooling classwork and homework.And frankly speaking same goes with college. And now when I am working I can easily see my pitfalls. So the 12 to 15 years of grooming needs to be changed.children should get practical knowledge rather than theoretical knowledge because once they r practically well the can write answers on their own. Now the main concern why this grooming period becomes monotonous both for student and teacher because of the trend.The same teacher is teaching the same subject from decades and he is getting the same answers from decades. That’s why creativity is lacking. So the most important thing which is lacking is a child’s own creation. And for that one hour of schooling should be dedicated to communication both oral and written. Once its implemented u all will be able to see delightful and cherishing answers from kids.
